CHILI PEPPER FLAVORED EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL

Kick things up a notch in this recipe by using our spicy chili pepper extra virgin olive oil, infused with real dried chili peppers.

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 ounces / tomato juice
  • 3 ounces / your favorite refreshing beer
  • 1/2 / lime, juiced
  • 5 drops / Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoons + 1 teaspoon / Zucchi Chili Pepper Extra Virgin Olive Oil, divided
  • 1/2 teaspoon / salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon / black pepper

For garnish

  • to taste / lime wedges
  • to taste / cucumber slices
  • to taste / cherry tomatoes

INSTRUCTIONS

In a small shallow saucer, combine the salt and black pepper. Mix well.

Pour about 1 tablespoon of Zucchi Chili Pepper Extra Virgin Olive Oil in another small shallow saucer

Dip the glass into the saucer with the oil and make sure that the rim of the glass is fully covered with the oil. Next, dip the glass into the salt and pepper mixture and twist to make sure that the rim is fully covered.

Turn the glass over and fill it with ice.

Add the tomato juice, beer, lime juice, Worcestershire sauce, and a teaspoon of Zucchi Chili EVOO. Mix and enjoy.

Note: When making a Michelada, there’s really no need to measure the tomato juice and beer, just add them to the glass in approximately the same amounts.
