INGREDIENTS

  • 1/4 ounce / Zucchi Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 / egg white
  • 2 ounces / gin
  • 1/2 ounce / simple syrup
  • 1/2 lemon / lemon juice
  • 1 leaf / fresh basil

INSTRUCTIONS

Add Zucchi Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil and egg white to a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously, about 1 minute, until the mixture is frothy and the olive oil is fully emulsified.

Then pour 2 ounces of gin, ½ ounce simple syrup, 1 ounce lemon juice in the same shaker.

Shake once again over ice, until frothy.

Strain and garnish with a fresh basil leaf.
