To preserve your extra virgin olive oil’s flavor and nutritional properties for longer, seal the bottle carefully after each use and store at or below 68°F (ideal range is between 53°F and 64°F). If you would like to store the oil in your own container, use dark, glass bottles or canisters. For the best flavor and nutritional benefits, use before the expiry date and within 1-3 months after opening.
