In one easy step, add the taste of savory, roasted garlic to this dish with our garlic-flavored extra virgin olive oil.

INGREDIENTS

  • ¼ cup / sour cream
  • ½ / avocado
  • 1 / garlic clove (optional)
  • ¼ cup / parsley leaves
  • ¼ cup / Zucchi Garlic-Flavored EVOO
  • ¼ / lemon, juiced
  • ¼ teaspoon / salt
  • 2 tablespoons / water, or more (see note)

INSTRUCTIONS

In a small food processor, combine the sour cream, avocado, garlic clove, if using, and herbs. Process until smooth.

Add the Zucchi Garlic-Flavored Extra Virgin Olive Oil, lemon juice, and salt. Mix for another minute or so until the EVOO is incorporated into the sauce.

For a thicker sauce to add to sandwiches or to eat as a dip, use as is. For thinner dressing consistency, add 2-3 tablespoons of water and mix.
